By accessing or using Knockout ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. Online wagering may be restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction — it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with applicable local laws.
Knockout is a skill-based wagering game built on the Solana blockchain. Players deposit SOL into isolated on-chain escrow wallets and compete in stickman combat. Winnings are automatically distributed to winners via on-chain transactions. The Platform charges a 5% fee on kill earnings only — entry fees are always returned to winners in full.
The Platform never has custody of your private keys. All transactions require your explicit approval via your Phantom wallet. Deposits are held in isolated escrow wallets on the Solana blockchain. The Platform cannot access or move your funds without your signature. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys.
All game logic and kill tracking is processed server-side. Attempts to manipulate, cheat, or exploit the Platform will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of any funds in escrow at the time of the violation. The Platform reserves the right to void matches and refund entry fees at its discretion in the event of a technical failure.
If a match fails to start due to a technical issue, entry fees will be automatically refunded to the depositing wallet within 5 minutes. If a server restart occurs during an active match, any stuck escrow funds will be recovered and returned. The Platform does not offer discretionary refunds for completed matches.
The Platform is not available to residents of jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited, including but not limited to the United States of America, China, North Korea, and any other jurisdiction that restricts such activity. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a prohibited jurisdiction.
Wagering involves risk of financial loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should only wager amounts you can afford to lose. The value of SOL and other cryptocurrencies is volatile and may decrease significantly. The Platform is not responsible for any losses resulting from cryptocurrency price movements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform, its operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profits.
The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
